	Using the Standard and Formatting Toolbars to Edit Text
The following table lists the commonly-used buttons on the Standard and Formatting Toolbars (picture of the button, its name, and its description). You can print this page to use throughout the tutorial.

Standard Toolbar Buttons
	New Page	Creates a new FrontPage page
	Open	Displays the Open File window allowing you to select a specific file to open
	Save	Saves the current file
	Print	Prints the current file to the default printer
	Spelling	Checks the spelling of the current file
	Cut	Removes the current selection and places a copy on the clipboard for pasting at a later time
	Copy	Places a copy of the current selection on the clipboard for pasting at a later time
	Paste	Places the contents of the clipboard into the current file at the location of the cursor
	Format Painter	Makes a copy of the formatting of the current text and applies the formatting to the next object clicked
	Undo	Reverses the last action taken
	Redo	Reverses the Undo action
Formatting Toolbar Buttons

Style	The currently selected style is displayed here. To change the style, click the arrow located beside the field and make a selection from the options provided.
Font	The currently selected font is displayed here. To change the font, click the arrow located beside the field and make a selection from the options provided.
Font Size	The currently selected font size is displayed here. To change the font size, click the arrow located beside the field and make a selection from the options provided. Normal size is 12 point.
	Bold Text	Creates bold text
	Italic Text	Creates italic text
	Underline Text	Creates text with an underscore
	Align Left	Causes text to be aligned on the left margin and ragged on the right
	Center	Causes text to be aligned center on the current line length
	Align Right	Causes text to be aligned on the right margin and ragged on the left
	Numbered List	Formats text into a numbered list. To cancel, click the button a second time.
	Bullets	Formats text into a bulleted list. To cancel, click the button a second time.
Highlight Color		The currently selected highlight color is displayed here. To change the color, click the arrow located beside the field and make a selection from the colors provided.
Font Color		The currently selected text color is displayed here. To change the color, click the arrow located beside the field and make a selection from the colors provided.
