The Department of Polymer Engineering is currently developing an Alumni Directory of graduates from its masters and doctoral programs. In order to facilitate this process, we would like to ask your help by completing the following Alumni Survey:

Only the information you designate will be published in the directory -- all other information you provide to us on the survey will be kept in strictest confidence by the department. Your responses are very important to us in evaluating the success and progress of our graduates as well as to you in terms of renewing friendships and obtaining composite data on careers in polymer engineering. In addition, future correspondence will update you on the department and professors. For example, did you know that the new Polymer Engineering Academic Center was dedicated in June 2001 and serves as home to new offices and academic classrooms for polymer engineering while the Olson Research Center was converted to laboratory space? Or, did you know that within the last three years, we have hired a new department chair and three new faculty? All this information and more will be coming to you in later updates and newsletters. We appreciate your taking time to complete this survey. If you have already completed a survey form, please feel free to use this one at any time to update your information that may have changed.We would like to hear from you and even more to give you the opportunity to reacquaint yourself with the department and your colleagues.
