Overhead transparencies are widely
used in schools. They are relatively easy to produce, require
inexpensive equipment, and are an effective teaching tool. This
module focuses on both the design considerations to producing an effective
overhead transparency as well as the specific techniques for preparing
them. The topics are:
 | When to use overhead transparencies |
 | Design guidelines for using overhead transparencies |
 | How to plan overhead transparencies |
 | The types of transparency films and where they are used |
 | How to produce a multi-layer transparency containing a base and an
overlay |
