Quarterly Report

I ordered and received the blue poly conference folders. I have them available for use by interest groups at spring workshops. I spoke to the people at Alpha and they are looking at viable environmentally friendly replacement folders for the next order. We won't need them until after the 2009 conference but I'll stay in touch with our supplier.

All of the stationery and note card templates have been updated. I have the templates available by e-mail to anyone who needs them. I would like to have them posted on the web page at some point.

I have updated the ALAO tri-fold brochure to reflect the dues structure which includes retirees at $10.00. The brochure has been printed and I have them if anyone is interested.

I hope to inventory all of the materials in my possession before the Board Retreat.
