Quarterly Report

• Continue to participate on the 2009 Program Committee. Provided a list of the give-aways from the past few conferences to Rob Withers.

• Provided workshop supplies to Judy Verdi (SSIG); Pat Antonelli (DLIG and IIG); Rocki Strader, Tedsig)

• Provided the electronic file of the ALAO brochures to Angel Jackson for the KSU Career Fair in March.

• Had copies of the brochure printed for distribution and also have the electronic file available via e-mail.

• Set up a preliminary document regarding Records Retention and digitization as part of the task force.


• Began the process for ordering two display units for conferences and meetings. Would like to get the two different types from one vendor.

• It would be beneficial to also create a marketing piece for ALAO to use at events such as the Kent State Career Fair. This is currently under investigation.
