Quarterly Report

I am unable to attend the meeting 9/11/09.

The last issue of the newsletter went live July 15, which was purposely one month late to allow for items from the Board Retreat to be included. The new issue of the newsletter will also be delayed a bit to occur closer to the Annual Conference. The new due date for items for the newsletter will be October 6, for a newsletter publication date of October 12.

I would like to recommend we make a permanent change to the newsletter schedule (basically a month later than we've been doing it):

July 15
Oct 15
Jan 15
April 15


This schedule seems to help in a few ways: allowing for retreat items to be reported, having a newsletter right before the conference, at the beginning of the year and in April during Spring Workshop season.

If this change is not acceptable, we can resume the original schedule for December. Thanks - enjoy the meeting.
